How to separate aluminum composite panel?

It is hard to separate aluminum and plastic because of the good adhesion between aluminum and plastic. So how to separate aluminum plastic composite panel has became a hard problem. Aluminum plastic separation recycling machine is used for processing various aluminum plastic composite materials, like aluminum plastic composite panels, aluminum plastic composite foils, medical blister packs and so on.

The process of separating aluminum composite panel is in the following:

I. Crushing - Using a crusher to crush the aluminum composite panel into small pieces with the size of about 1cm.

II. Grinding - Using a grinding mill with turbine to grind these small pieces into powder about 16-20 mesh.

III. Sieving - Using an eddy-vibrating screen to control size of powder. Those powder, whose size is under 20 mesh, can through the screen of eddy-vibrating screen. And those bigger powder cannot through the screen. So the eddy-vibrating screen will sent them back to the grinding mill to get further grinding until grinding completely.

IV. Electrostatic separation - Electrostatic separator uses the principle of different conductivity of metal and non-metal in the magnetic field to separate aluminum and plastic. By using electrostatic separator, the separation rate can reach to 99%.

During the process, pulse dust removal system has been working, in order to collect the dust generated by the machine. But it will not discharge into the air. And it adopts dry type separation methods, which will not produce waste water, or toxic chemicals, it is a totally environmental friendly machine.
