1, Shredding 
The first thing you should do is to put the copper wires into the shredder. The shredder will shredd the copper wires into small pieces.  Then they can be processed easily.
2, Crushing 
Then these small pieces will be sent to the the crusher. The crusher will crush these small pieces into small particles mixture of copper and plastic.

3, Air separation 

This step will need an equipment, called air separator. This machine will separate copper and plastic according to their different gravities. The separation rate can reach to 97-98%.

4, Electrostatic separation 

Due to some copper have similar gravities with plastic, air separator cannot separate copper and plastic clearly. So electrostatic separator is necessary. This separator will separate copper and plastic according to their different conductivities in the magnetic field. The separation will reach to 99%.

Besides, we equip a pulse dust removal system. It is aimed to collect the dust produced during the process. It means that copper wire granulator machine will not produce waste air to the environment.
